Thank your for attending our Try Lax Clinic on January 28th!

We had a record attendance of over 100+ kids from Kindergarten to 8th grade at our January Try Lax event! We will host another one this fall before our winter clinics.

Our FREE Try Lax clinic is geared towards first time players and those with limited experience who want to try lacrosse before committing to a full season.

  • Grades K- 8 attendees will be introduced to the fundamentals of throwing, catching, scooping, cradling, and other basic skills.
  • The goal of the clinic is for players to learn lacrosse in a fun, low-pressure environment.
  • Lacrosse sticks will be provided, but you may bring your own

To protect against Commotio Cordis*, USA Lacrosse has implemented new rules that boys chest and shoulder pads must meet NOCSAE certification.  These pads have been approved by NOCSAE.  You can visually see a chest pad is approved if it has the "Meets NOCSAE Standard" on it.
