ELA spring season registrations are now open. Our summer program registrations will open in February.

Boys 7/8 will be limited to 2 teams of 23 players. Girls 5/6 and 7/8 will be limited to 2 teams of 22 players at each grade level.

Uniforms will be provided to all players. US Lacrosse memberships must be current through July 1st.

Wait lists will be taken after the available slots fill. The wait lists will only be used to replace players who drop out.

The boys 7/8 program will hold evaluations to place an A and a B team. The girls 5/6 and 7/8 program will split the registered players to create 2 equal teams at each grade level.

Parents, have you ever wanted to coach your son at a sport he loves? Would you like to simply learn more about the game of lacrosse?

Edina Lacrosse needs Dads to help coach. Edina High School lacrosse coach, Travis Wells, has volunteered to help train you in the sport.

Edina Youth Lacrosse Parents,

Coach Wells is continuing to offer Lacrosse 101 over the next three
months. The intention of these sessions is to teach parents the game
of lacrosse and provide them with the necessary skills to be a
volunteer coach at the youth level.

Here is the schedule:
Wednesday - January 25th, from 7-8pm at the ECC in room 350
Wednesday - February 15th, from 7-8pm at the ECC in room 350
Wednesday - March 14th, from 7-8pm at the ECC in room 350

BOYS Tuesday Nights in the Golf Dome. We begin Tuesday, November 1st and continue until Spring Break at the end of March. Boys in grades 5 through 12 are encouraged to participate. Check the calendar on our home page for details. The hours are 8:00 to 9:30PM. The fee is $125 per player. Unpaid registrations will automatically be deleted after 24 hours.

Joe Burke will be coordinating the coaching effort. We are talking with the MN Swarm players and plan to offer dedicated coaching to the HS aged players this year. We are also evaluating position coaching opportunities. Please address your questions to

program close dates begin as soon as the clock strikes midnight - 03/31/2010 is reached at 12:01 AM - essentially the key date is the day before the stated date - strange but true
most refunds are made by check to save CC processing fees
$25 late fee applies as stated in each program
$25 cancellation fee applies prior to the start of the season
$75 cancellation fee applies 2 weeks prior to the season
no refunds after the start of the season
