This is a fun late fall development program led by 36 Lacrosse! This performance academy is designed to provide Edina LAX players a productive, engaging and high-level training focused on the development of tactical skills and lacrosse IQ. 36 Lacrosse uses a hybrid training approach aimed at building the total lacrosse player. Players will learn positional skills playing both sides of the ball (offense and defense).

Positional skills will include: stick skills/ball handling ability, faking, shooting, defensive approach, checking, off ball movement, and sliding/recovery. A Goalie coach will be on staff to work with the goalies separately for a portion of each practice. Goalies will work on body positioning, top hand quickness, stance and steps as well as clearing ability.

Full lacrosse gear required.  Soccer or lacrosse cleats for footwear.
